RETURN POLICY

In-Stock Items

I gladly accept returns on in-stock items.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of in-stock items within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. If you wish to make use of this right, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, e.g. by e-mail (dela@studio-rochelle.com) or via the contact form on this website.

If you withdraw from the purchase of an in-stock item, I will reimburse to you all payments received from you for the item, including the costs of delivery. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and safely packaged. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item, unless it was defective or not as described.

Made-to-Order and Custom Items

Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable.

Each piece is handmade individually, specially created for you. Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

Please consider this before placing a made-to-order purchase.

 

Note

Because each piece is handmade, small variations in size, shape, or color are part of the natural beauty of the work and are not considered defects.
